1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use Gigvora. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the website, web application and mobile apps.
2. What we do
- Semantic page structure, labelled form fields and error messages linked to the fields they describe.
- Full keyboard operation with visible focus.
- Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA.
- Motion and animation reduced automatically when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Layouts that work from small phones to large screens without horizontal scrolling.
3. Known limitations
The Platform is under active development and has not yet had an independent accessibility audit. [Results of the first audit and any known issues will be listed here.]
4. Report a problem
If something on Gigvora is hard to use, tell us at [accessibility contact email — to be confirmed] and describe the page and the problem. We aim to reply within [response target — to be confirmed].
5. Enforcement
If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
