Affiliate Programme Terms

Version 2026-10Effective 22 October 2026Governing law: England and Wales

Draft awaiting qualified legal review. This text was prepared before legal review and isn't yet approved as final. Placeholders in bold brackets mark details still to be confirmed.

1. The programme

The Gigvora Affiliate Programme lets approved affiliates refer people and organisations to Gigvora. These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Eligibility and approval

You must be at least 18 and have a Gigvora account. Joining requires an application, which Gigvora reviews. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, and we may ask for more information. Self-approval is not possible.

3. Referrals and attribution

  • Referrals are tracked through your unique links or codes.
  • A click or a sign-up on its own does not earn a commission. Commissions are earned only for qualifying activity defined in the commission schedule.
  • [Commission schedule, attribution window and attribution model — to be approved and published before any commission is offered.]
  • You can't refer yourself, accounts you control, or people who were already Gigvora users.

4. Commissions and payouts

  • An approved commission is not the same as a payout. Payouts happen only after commissions are approved, any holding period has passed and payout eligibility (including identity and tax checks) is met.
  • Commissions can be reversed if the underlying activity is refunded, cancelled, disputed or found to be fraudulent.
  • [Payout methods, minimum thresholds and timing — to be confirmed.]

5. Promotion rules

  • Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when you promote Gigvora.
  • Don't make claims about Gigvora, its users or earnings that aren't true or that we haven't approved.
  • Don't use spam, paid search on Gigvora's brand terms, cookie stuffing, incentivised sign-ups or misleading ads.
  • You never get access to the private records of people you refer.

6. Ending participation

You can leave the programme at any time. We may suspend or end participation for breaches of these terms; commissions linked to the breach may be withheld.

7. Changes

We'll give notice before changing commission rules, and changes won't reduce commissions already approved.
